Welcome to the parish of St Helen's Church.

My name is Wendy Sterry and I'm Chair of St Helen's Parish Council.

Below you will find a brief outline of what goes on in our parish and who to contact.

St Helen's Parish Council

St Helen's has a Parish Council which is made up of 14 members.

They meet bimonthly in the Presbytery and discuss all issues relating to what's going on in the parish.

St Helen's Finance Committee

St Helen's has a Finance Committee which is currently made up of 7 members. They meet 4 times a year and discuss all matters relating to the churches finances.

Monday

Wednesday

Mothers & Toddlers from 9.30am - 11.30am. Contact: Fr Pat Foley (01923) 223175

Friday

Youth Group from 7pm - 9pm. Contact: - to be posted when person appointed for 2009

Saturday

Church functions and children's parties - booked through the parish priest.

Sunday

Tea & Coffee after morning masses.

Repository Stall is open after morning masses in the parish hall selling a selection of religious items such as Mass Cards, Easter & Christmas Cards, First Holy Communion & Confirmation cards & gifts.

Tradecraft Stall runs the 1st Sunday of every month in the parish hall selling a variety of food items.

Hall Rental

Our Parish Hall is mainly used for Church Functions however, it can be rented for children's parties up to age 10yrs only and must finish by 6.30pm. It is compulsory to complete and sign a booking form which contains important documents relating to Child Protection issues & Health & Safety.

We have public liability insurance which allows a maximum of 80 people to use the hall at any one time.
