Mass to celebrate Beatification Anniversary of John Paul II

posted on 01 January 1900
Diocesan Youth Chaplain Fr David Reilly would like to invite all youth and young adults to participate in this celebration of Mass in thanksgiving to God for the newly blessed John Paul II at St Aloysius Church, Euston, (soon to be the new Diocesan Centre for Youth Ministry) on Tues 1st May at 6pm, the first anniversary of his beatification.

Fr David Reilly said regarding the late Holy Father, ‘Blessed John Paul II, the founder of World Youth Day, continues to have a special connection with young people. Even at the end of his life he spoke to young people as they gathered to keep vigil with him, saying “I have searched for you, and now you have come to me.” Young people in our diocese continue to give an outstanding witness to faith and hope, as John Paul II taught us to do, and I invite you all to give thanks to the Lord for having blessed us so richly.’
