St Martin-in-the-Fields will host a 13 hour Vigil to mark the beginning of the 100 Days of Peace. Young people, faith leaders, preachers and musicians will celebrate the start of the 'Sacred Truce' with prayer through the night from 11pm on Friday 8th June.
The event culminates in songs of praise, and a service attended by the Bishop of London, Richard Chartres, and the Archbishop of Westminster, Vincent Nichols at 11am on Saturday 9th June.
