This is the Diocesan Priest's Reference available for use by Catholic schools and Parish Priests. This Priest's Reference has been developed over many years as a result of extensive consultations with schools and priests throughout the diocese.

The documents is in three parts:

1. Guidance Notes for Parents

2. Form: Part A 'Your Self-Assessment'

3. Form: Part B 'Priest's Reference'

Parents need access to all three parts. Each part is designed to be printed on a single sheet of paper - the first two double sided.

The current forms were updated in 2010, but the Guidance for Priests remains current.
