Diocese of Westminster, St Bartholomew's
A Parish Administrator is required to provide administrative support to the parish team at St Bartholomew’s in St Albans.
In addition to undertaking typical secretarial duties such as handling general correspondence, diary management, and general administration tasks, s/he will interact with parishioners visiting the office and those involved in the many parish activities that the parish offers.
The successful applicant will ideally be a PA or Administrator with substantial experience in office organisation. S/he must be a good team player with excellent communication and Microsoft office program, including Word Excel and Outlook.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, and able to work to deadlines. S/he must also be able to work to their own initiative within this role.
Hours of work: 6 hours per week, Monday and Friday, 9am to 12 noonClosing date: 13 July 2012 Interview date: w/c 16 July 2012
