Contact the Child Protection Officer


The Child Protection Commission is tasked to work for the protection and safety of all Children and Vulnerable Adults with whom the Diocese has contact, or for whom it has responsibility; to ensure that the Diocese functions in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines (eg. Home Office document ÒSafe from HarmÓ and the Criminal Records Bureau), to enact the policies of the National BishopsÕ Conference as detailed in the Lord Nolan Report and as formulated by the Catholic Office for the Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults (COPCA).
