Inspired by Pope Francis call to become missionary disciples, a new resource, Jesus, My Lord is now available for use by small faith-sharing groups and/or personal mediation. Booklets are being delivered to parishes over the next few days.

Jesus, My Lord helps us to explore our understanding of discipleship as it underpins our personal vocation and impels us to use our gifts to build the kingdom of God.

For the first time, the booklet will include pages that parents/grandparents may wish to use with their children/grandchildren. A large-print version will also be produced and made available.

For more information on the resource:

http://rcdow.org.uk/faith/small-groups/news/jesusmylord/

The booklets will be 2.00 each (or 1.50 each for orders of 10 or more).  Order by email (exploringfaith@rcdow.org.uk), by phone  020 7798 9152,. Alternatively you can order via the diocesan website and pay by card www.rcdow.org.uk/bookstore

It would be my pleasure to visit with small faith groups meeting in your parish during the coming season. I would be most appreciative. I can be reached via email (smallgroups@rcdow.org.uk). These visits have been mutually most helpful, as groups have offered suggestions that have been incorporated into recent resources.  As well, many of the groups have been interested to hear about additional resources that they might use in between seasons.  Mrs. Margaret Wickware (Member Writing Team Small Faith-Sharing Resources,  Pastoral Support for Small Faith Groups).

Please Note Season Preparation sessions will be held on 2 October at Vaughan House at 7.30 pm and on Thursday 9 October at 7:30 pm at Ponders End Parish. All are most welcome.
