Preserving Church Buildings
The Diocese of Westminster has 59 listed buildings. These include the Byzantine magnificence of Westminster Cathedral; the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Mayfair, St Mary's in Hampstead and Corpus Christi in Covent Garden to name just a few. It is neither realistic nor just to expect local parishioners to be solely responsible for their upkeep - which can be very expensive. Your support will mean we can continue to provide loans, grants and professional advice on fundraising so that these treasures can be passed on to the next generation in good condition.
