Led by Fr. Cyril Axelrod, a Deafblind priest, to people who are both Deaf and blind. This disability is known as Deafblindness and affects some 23,000 people in the UK. Fr. Cyril offers training to volunteers to learn to guide and to communicate by hands-on manual alphabet with Deafblind people. He also offers pastoral care and the sacraments to the Deafblind community.
